I have always made keeping fit and healthy a priority in my life.
However, watching what I ate was never a priority.
I used to workout up to 9 hours per week and looking back on that time I believe I was addicted to fitness. At the time I wasn't aware how much exercise was taking away from my life.
Fast forward 3 years, I have since started studying Metabolic Nutrition through Metabolic Precision and now am much more aware of what I am feeding myself. I have more than halved the time I spend in the gym which gives me more time to spend with the family.
Lifting weights and eating to fuel my body is how I stay strong, toned and in great shape all year round.
My real passion is empowering women especially mothers to be strong, energetic and feel more confident.
There is a problem in our society especially with mothers, most think they have to diet, eat less and cut food groups out to get anywhere with their body shapes. This leads to them having no energy, the exact opposite of what they are trying to achieve.
It is so important as a mother to have the energy levels and health to keep up with their children, not only for the mum but also for the child growing up trying to work this world out.
If they constantly see a mum who is unhealthy and has a lack of energy what chance do they have of leading healthy and fulfilling life?
That is why I do what I do and why can I help you.
