I am lucky to have such a unique position in my role as a Transformation Specialist, I get to view the various ways many people view food.
Some people see food as ‘good’ or ‘bad’
Some people view food as either ‘junk’ or 'real food',

When I ask people why they want to get into shape the most common answers are nice little fluffy answers like;
Feel better, get fitter and have more energy
Be healthier and not get sick when I’m older
Be a better role model for my kids Those reasons are cute and nice to tell yo
"Make lean a habit and you'll always be in shape"
Losing weight is easy enough in theory.
Move more and eat less, right?
Whilst moving large amounts of weight is pretty simple, the same can’t be said for losing “that last little bit”.
